02 / RECOMMENDED CONFIGURATION
A fixed Pourtek tap wall built into the existing bar environment, using Blossom Houston's main refrigeration equipment.
This proposal covers the eight-tap fixed wall at the hotel bar. Any separate elevator-area installation would be evaluated as a different configuration.

The base subtotal combines the supplied $13,838 equipment price with the selected software term only. Freight, taxes, site construction, electrical, plumbing, drainage, installation, refrigeration modifications, permits, and optional custom integrations were not priced in the supplied proposal information and must be confirmed before contracting.
04 / OPTIONAL INTEGRATION PATH
Pourtek supports room-key charging as a platform capability. Activation for Blossom Houston depends on the hotel's Oracle Micros Simphony and property-management system interfaces.
Allow eligible guests to use a room credential and post beverage purchases to their room folio, subject to confirmed PMS integration requirements.
Evaluate a connection to Oracle Micros Simphony so activity can feed the hotel's existing reporting and reconciliation processes.
Launch with standard controlled access, then add room-key and folio functionality after technical validation if Blossom prefers a phased rollout.
TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY CHECK
Optional integration is not included in the base commercial subtotal and requires separate technical scoping.
05 / IMPLEMENTATION
The anticipated delivery and implementation window is approximately six to eight weeks after final scope, agreement, site readiness, and technical dependencies are confirmed.
Blossom Houston evaluates the configuration, specifications, software term, and vendor comparison.
Facilities confirms the bar-wall conditions while IT validates any Phase 1 POS or PMS integration needs.
Pourtek and Blossom confirm the final site requirements, optional capabilities, commercial scope, and agreement.
Equipment preparation, site coordination, installation, testing, training, and controlled launch.
